Life style and culture in Nepal

IN Nepal social life in the village revalues around the family which is headed by father extended and family property is divided equally around sons at that time of separation but not divided to daughter. In Nepal main occupation is agriculture. Total population in Nepal 76%of the people still belongs to traditional agriculture system and 33% depended in other jobs,cottage,industry,general manuf-

actures,good,trading ,government office, hospitality and tourism. Rice is the food staple in most part of the country. Barley ,millet, potato are important food staples  in the Himalayas.

Nepali woman are generally  subordinate to men and have less access to education resources and political power manly woman do house work.

Nepali people have different religious who follow Hindu region are in to great number .beside Buddha ,Christian also fallow.Main festival are Disdain and Tihar   Chhat, Loshar , Christmas, Maghe sankranti ,Ram Nawami ,Janai purnima and shree panchai.
